Registration
The registration is open from December to March. The registration form must be filled as per the instruction and submitted to the school office. The birth certificate/ transfer certificate of the child must be submitted along with the admission form. The registration fee in NOT refundable. After registration, depending on the vacancies available, the child will be asked to appear for a test/interview. After this , the decision regarding admission will be taken. The decision of selection for admission rests solely with the school Principal.

Vacations
The school will normally close by middle of May and reopen by middle of July in summer and will close by middle of December and reopen by middle January in winter.

Please ensure that your wards are punctual and attend the school regularly.
Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal of child from school, one calendar months written advance notice has to be given failing which one month fees have to he paid in lieu of the same. No Transfer Certificate will be issued before all the dues are cleared. If a Transfer Certificate is not collected by end of twelve month after leaving the school. A fee of Rs 200/- ( Rupees two hundred) will be charged.
Removal
If the school fees are not paid for 3 months for which there are due, the Principal reserves the right to strike off the child without notice. A sum of Rs. 1000/- per child as Re-admission fee and in addition a fine of Rs.. 50 /- will be charged before the child is allowed to attend class The Principal reserves the right to refuse Re-admission and to issue a Transfer Certificate only when all the dues of the school are cleared in full.
Any pupil whose conduct, progress or application is unsatisfactory may be required to leave the school.
A pupil is liable to removal from the school if no satisfactory explanation is received from the parent/guardian for the following breaches of the disciplinary rules.
- Habitual unpunctuality.
- Irregular attendance.
- Absence from school for 3 days in succession, without any intimation.
A pupil is liable to immediate removal from the school for the following reasons :
- Insubordination to a member of the school staff.
- Deliberate disobedience of orders given by the member of the school staff.
- Copying or cheating in Tests/Examinations.
- Conduct or example in or out of school which may be determined by the Principal to be detrimental to the general good of the school.
- Intentional destruction/defacement of the school property.
Transport
The school buses are accompanied by an attendant with a mobile phone. Please contact the school office to know about the routes of the transport.
Change of Address
Parents/guardians are requested to notify the school of any change in their address.
Absence from school
Parents/guardians are advised to see that their children are regular and punctual to school. In the event of absence, even for a day, the Principal must be informed to the reason through the school diary/written application.
Pupil may only absent themselves from school for sickness of bereavement in the family and for no other reason.
Fees
- 1. Fees due should be tendered in full Part payment is not accepted.
- 2. If the fees are not paid for two months the name of the student will be struck off from the school rules.
- 3. No student will be permitted to appear for the final exams in March unless all dues are cleared before the exams commence.
- 4. The fee schedule and other charges are intimated to the parents separately and may change as and when necessary.
- 5. The last date of payment ie 20th of the month will not be extended under any circumstances In default a fine/readmission charge will be paid as under.
- a. A fine of Rs 100/- shall be paid if the fee is not paid by the 20th of the month in which it is due. A two months delay shall attract a fine of Rs 200/- i.e. Aprils fee paid in June.
Games
Games are considered to be an integral part of the school curriculum and every encouragement must be offered to a student to take an active part in games. Games build character.
The students may stay after school for games and the parents will have to make arrangement to take them back.
The school provides facilities for various indoor and outdoor games.
